If despair is palable, this is it, Bandoras.

I always like it when photographers experiment with emotions. How do you express it in a way that is indisputable. And then sometimes the subject/actor can let you down.

This could be an expression of pain as well ... or the despair of someone in need of a fix. But I think many times the interpretation could be ingrained in the beholder. In that case I would try and capture the forlorn, somewhat empty expression of someone that doesn't know where tomorrow's food will come from.

Yours is an active despair and mine would be more passive.

Interesting, maybe I should try this emotion photography myself.
Bandoras: Thanks Louis for the comment. The way the expression is expressed and how its interpreted are key smile. As for the model in this situation,he didn't have a choice wink. he had to do it till the picture was right. I might try and capture the expressions the next go around, and see where it leads me, thanks for the idea.

Bandoras: thanks Tim, appreciate it
